Who is Lincoln Brokerage?

Lincoln Brokerage Corporation, located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, New York, was established in 1947 by Raymond R. Flood, Sr. as a small family business. Prior to serving in the United States Navy during World War II, Raymond R. Flood, Sr., and my grandmother, Etta, opened an insurance office on 5th Avenue in Brooklyn. In 1963, Raymond R. Flood, Jr., joined the business after graduating from St. John's University with a degree in Business Administration. Ray, Jr. had a vision for expansion and growth, and, during the next 20 years, Ray, Jr. took the small family business and built it up to what it is today — one of the area's largest and well-known insurance brokerage. As a result, the 5th Avenue office could no longer accommodate the expansion and Lincoln Brokerage was moved to its current location at 464 Bay Ridge Avenue.
 
Today, Eric and Maureen Fasano (Ray, Jr.'s daughter and son-in-law) are fortunate enough to continue the family tradition. Eric graduated from Rutgers University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and currently working towards his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Maureen graduated from LeMoyne College in 1989 with a degree in Business Management. Together they will continue to see Lincoln Brokerage grow.
